Join Stone House Art Studios for an evening where art, history, and preservation come together!
The Painted Village Series is a unique guided painting experience inspired by the historic buildings of The Olde Stone House Historic Village. Each event features a different building from the village, allowing participants to create their own canvas painting while learning about the history, architecture, and significance of that historic landmark.
As participants paint, a Stone House Art Studios instructor will provide step-by-step guidance while sharing the story of The Olde Stone House Historic Village and the featured building. This relaxed and engaging format allows guests to learn about local history while creating a beautiful keepsake painting to take home.
No painting experience is necessary. Registration includes guided instruction, all painting supplies, and your completed artwork.
A portion of every ticket sold is donated to the Washington Township Historic Preservation Commission to support the preservation, restoration, and interpretation of the historic buildings at The Olde Stone House Historic Village.
Attend all six sessions and receive a special commemorative certificate recognizing your support of local historic preservation, while collecting all six paintings to create your own Historic Village Gallery.
